Its name best expresses the characteristics of the wine itself. Soave is the Italian most exported white wine around the world and it is the proud holder of the title “eminente Classico vino bianco d’Italia”. It has a delicate colour and an intense and delicate aroma, whereas the taste is dry and slightly bitter. It is composed of Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave cultivated skillfully in tufaceous soils of volcanic origin and with calcareous outcrops, that enable to improve the aromas and flavours of the territory.
