Montello and Colli Asolani is the denomination of some DOC and DOCG wines produced in a corner of Veneto at the foot of Monte Grappa, full of history and Venetian villas. The typical taste of these wines is due to the climate and the environment: the grapes ripen protected by Monte Grappa and rocked by fresh winds coming from Dolomites; the vines sink their root into red marls shaped by natural erosion. This soil gives to plants plenty of minerals and substances that enrich the grapes.
